Trainee Program (12 months)

If you are in your last year of high school or first year of university the trainee program enables you to gain practical and commercial experience within our firm while completing a commerce or business degree majoring in accounting. This will give you the opportunity to put theory into practice and learn from professionals as well as lecturers.

Subject to satisfactory performance whilst at FORSYTHS and demonstrating a desire to grow your career you may be offered a work schedule tailored to your course which will enable you to gain financial benefits while studying fulltime. You will receive cash bonuses for every subject passed and the bonus will depend on the grade received.

At the successful completion of your degree you may be offered a full time graduate position at FORSYTHS at a much higher salary level than a student who has simply completed their degree without the FORSYTH training. You will be given assistance and leave to complete your professional qualifications.

After completion of your professional training you will have the skills and client relationships to take on senior roles in the team.
